This site is a portfolio/gallery, primarily comprised of series in progress, sold works and selected works for sale.

Although I never show my portrait work to galleries, I find them an essential part of this showcase: they stem from moments when a certain personality strongly urges realization. Some of these have inspired many of my abstract works ... when I paint a large canvas, I just love listening to singer/songwriter David Thomas' monologues about driving his car down the nowherelands, going, going, as I paint and paint.
